Today’s Message from the Wee Folk

The Mystic Garden-Tarot

9 of WinterGood Morning everyone…this weekend I am trying something a differently; I would like to introduce everyone to this deck set. So for today and tomorrow for anyone who follows these posts I have asked the fairies to give us a message about our day… today the speak of this..

9 of Winter (don’t laugh)

This card comes to you when worry has reached an unnecessary level. You may indeed have concerns and plans that you need to process, but your fear isn’t in proportion to the circumstances. Take a few moments to go for a walk in nature; talk with God, the angels, and the fairies; and quiet your mind. Things will feel better soon!

Breathe. With success oftentimes comes stress. If you let it build up, it can take a physical and emotional toll. Nurture yourself! Explore ways to reduce your anxiety, such as massage, acupuncture, Reiki, or treating yourself to a spa day.

A fairy has awakened from a bad dream. The doves represent the peace that could be hers, but her focus is upon her own fears.

Additional meanings of this card: Unfounded fears. Difficulty sleeping. Taking on the problems of the world. Focusing on worst-case scenarios. Need-less guilt.

Would love to here you feed back!

Still Learning – Apparently?

The Moon Card 18

It is funny when you have been doing readings as long as I have. Some days 20 years seem like eons and well others seem not to be long enough. It is after  a while some of us slip from readers to something more, where the cards generally get by-passed and the information comes from the higher self or what every you would like to call it. Then there are days that it all comes back down to  the cards.

I recently have been looking to expand the decks I use in my readings, I am not a serial tarot gather I am very picky about what I use. If you have been to my website you will see animals and fairys. So it would be no surprise that I have stumble across Doreen yet again. She a lady that generally appears in my feeds for one reason or another and I keep an eye the lady who has been doing this as long as I have.

I was into Hay House when well I was still in high school and Louise L Hay was just blimp on the map. Years later everyone knows her the same with Wayne but I digress. I am not a big angel fan for what every reason, but being Irish with tad Romania probably has something to do with. So when this card deck across my path I did the goof try out test that I normal do before going uh and moving on.

For what ever reason I do not know what I ask the cards should I add these cards to my readings, will it be too much choice, will people like them, will people even what a reading with them. And I had to laugh when of all cards I got THE  MOON here is the description..

The Universe is sending you messages right now about the perfect next step to take. Listen to the guidance you receive in the form of intuition, synchronistic events, symbols, and sleeping dreams. Be alert for people or situations that may not be quite what they seem. Give yourself a reading, or speak to a professional or friend who is also psychic.

Embrace the loving information you receive . . . it is Divinely inspired!Worry is unnecessary and will only slow down your progress. There’s no need to be afraid. Let go of fear. If any part of your life no longer feels right, then trust your intuition and make the necessary changes. Our fairy plays a stringed instrument under the light of a crescent moon. Her reflection in the water, however, shows her playing a different instrument, indicating that under the moon, things are not always what they appear to be.

Additional meanings of this card: Psychic awareness. Seeing what you didn’t see before. No longer being afraid. Becoming a professional intuitive or reader. Hidden information. The power of your sleeping dreams.

So with that said I guess I now have finally be engulf in Virtureworld.

How To Get The Most Out Of Spiritual Counselling

logo2With the way things seem to be going, every once in a while we get stressed out. Many you get tarot readings get them to find clarity. But some times not everything can be answered in a reading. You need a little more. Like myself I am one of those people. I had found in the past that many clients were coming to me for counselling through a reading. The only problem with this and like many honest readers is that some do not have the background to do such work.

That is why about 10 years ago I started my many years of courses and training in such area. It benefits both my client and myself if we both have a solid ground to work while dealing with personal issues. Whether it is Reiki or family issues today I am better equip to heal my clients achieve the emotional healing or let go of issues that no longer sever them. By being able to combine both of these tools many come to a happy spot where the issues are easier to handle. The following are some basic tips when looking for such a personal whether close to home or on-line.

When you invest in a consultation reading, you’re investing in your future – quite literally! So of course you want to get the best experience possible. I have below a few suggestions on what to expect when you decide to try a spiritual consulting session. To prepare yourself for the reading, make a list of questions or areas that you want to discuss, and choose a clear focus. This makes it easier for the spirits to access your energy.

Choose your time and place carefully. A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted is best if you decide to do it by phone.  If you choose to visit pick a time that you are not hurried or stressed out. Make sure you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the reading, and avoid getting a appointment during a crisis – unless you want to focus on that.

Expect to be surprised! Even when you have planned a focus, sometimes spirit will sense something far more pressing in your mind or in your future. Enter the sitting with an open mind, and you won’t be disappointed!

Take notes. This will enable you to recall the information and prepare a course of action to transform your life into what you want! Ask appropriate questions. Don’t pester with nonstop questioning, but if you don’t understand what they are saying or if you need them to slow down so you can catch up on your notes, let them know. When you have everything written down, read them over and then you can ask really good pointed questions!

Settle for a Spiritual Counselor who isn’t right for you. NO!  Trust your gut feelings about a Counselor, but also use your brain to collect facts so you can make informed decisions. Find out what methods Counselor use for support (Tarot, astrology, Akashic Records), and choose one you feel good about.

Playing “stump the Counselor “. Besides wasting your time, the Counselor will become frustrated and perhaps lose focus on your reading. A good Counselor wants to help.

Surrender your power after the visit. You have free will, and you can control and change much of what is discussed. The main purpose of a Counselor is to advise you on what to do and what to avoid in order to have a good future.

Doubting your Counselor ‘s abilities. If you feel uneasy with a reading/visit, try a different Counselor until you find one with whom you are comfortable.

Think about the Counselling as a whole. Did it echo your life and circumstances? Were most of the future events and suggestions possible in your life? Sometimes a Counselor will suggest something that seems impossible at the time, such as a marriage or a significant increase in income, but if the rest of the sitting resonates, chances are the Counselor is spot-on.

Review the list of questions you made before the visit as well as the notes you took during it. Try not to think about new questions, or your focus will change, and your reading will feel unfinished. Have all your concerns been addressed? Do you have insight into what’s happening around you? If you can formulate a clearer view of your life and a course of action, your visit was complete.

Consider your feelings about the session. If you felt comfortable during the time and you feel good afterward, then it was a success. Even if the Counselor told you something you didn’t want to hear, Counselor readings are supposed to be a healing experience, and you should walk away from it feeling positive.

Now that your concerns about a particular topic have been addressed, what about the rest of your life? Where else could you use some clarity and guidance? If you think of more questions about another area of your life, such as love, career, finances, or personal growth,  book another!

Are You Psychic?

GotPsi_overlay

Almost everyone has a bit of psychic ability to a small extent in one area or another. But if you’re seriously considering whether you could tell the future, communicate with spirits, or use ESP and psychokinetic abilities, answer these questions:

1 – Have you ever had a dream that came true?

2 – Have you ever thought of a someone you knew for no reason, and immediately that person called you on the telephone?

3 – Have you ever heard or felt someone else’s thoughts or feelings without communicating through traditional methods?

4 – Have you ever had a near-death experience or a presentiment of an unexpected tragedy before it occurred?

5 – Have you ever met someone completely new, and you knew that you had met them before?

6 – Have you ever had a dream or vision of a person you knew or had heard about who had died?

7 – Have you ever sensed someone or something in the room when you were physically alone?

If you answer yes to any of these, you are already using some of your psychic abilities! Keep practicing your skills, and try to get a feel for new psychical domains as well – practice makes perfect! If you want to develop your new talent further, seek instruction from an experienced psychic in order to strengthen your abilities.

If you have answered yes to more than half of these questions, you have some sort of Psychic Power however you need more practice to increase your Psychic Ability.

Having the Right Attitude to help people using your Psychic Abilities

vision_quest_poster-p

In order to develop your true and genuine psychic abilities, you must possess a positive attitude, and not give into negative vibrations. As with all types of psychic and paranormal behaviours, the best piece of advice I can offer to you is you reap what you sow. In other words, if you advocate bad vibrations, negative karma and other unworthy activity towards others, chances are they will return to you, maybe ten times worse.

The spirit world is always keeping a close eye on us, and if we choose to work with the spirits, then we must keep in mind that our morals and ethics must always be on tap.

Brief History of Psychics-Did You Know?

King_Solomon image 01Psychics have existed since the dawn of humanity – you may already know about them by the names of prophet or healer! Some psychic abilities have been thought to be available to everyone sometimes, psychic or not; even among non-psychics, the belief that one’s own dreams can foretell the future is widespread!

Elaborate systems of fortune-telling, such as astrology and divination, existed in ancient times. When their power was said to be given to psychics by a god or goddess, their abilities were more generally accepted. Many served important leadership roles as advisers and priests.

Biblical figures such as Samuel and Elijah were considered prophets – their power, the bible said, was given to them by God. Oracles, such as the Greek Delphic Oracle of Apollo, was said to prophesy during a hysterical state induced by vapors rising from the ground. The priests at these locations would shape the oracle’s gibberish into prophecies from the god or goddess of the temple.

As Christianity swept the Roman Empire, psychics began to be associated with witches and the devil. In many places, psychics were banned from practicing. But as time went on, the abilities of psychics could not allow them to stay so suppressed.

In the 1500s, a French apothecary and psychic, Michael de Nostredame, published his own numerous prophecies. Known to most of us as Nostradamus, he is best known for his book Les Propheties, which mainly predicts future disasters such as earthquakes, fires, and floods. These prophecies are all undated, but many feel that Nostradamus has predicted many catastrophic events of our own time, including the American tragedy on September 11, 2001.

The movement known as Spiritualism took the United States and the U.K. by storm in the 1800s. This movement promoted the idea of mediums using psychic powers to communicate with the dead and in doing so to provide advice and insight to people on Earth. Spiritualism spawned many other psychic factions, including the New Age school of thought.

In the twentieth century, interest grew in scientific testing for psychic abilities. William McDougal and Joseph Banks Rhine at Duke University were among the first psychic researchers in the 1920s and developed an ESP test using a deck of cards. In the early 1970s, Charles Honorton developed a Ganzfeld experiment to test for ESP, and this method is still used today.

Debate about parapsychology as a legitimate scientific field still abounds. Although the study of psychics doesn’t exactly fit within mainstream scientific standards, the history of psychics goes back further than almost any other scientific field!

Discovery Your Psychic Tarot Potential

Image

The course in Level 1 Tarot is finally finished for The Psychic Society, this course is available here or from the site. Here is a wee bit …With this course and several companion courses will map out the starting process of you learning the steps and concepts of the sixth sense.

Once you have the basic understanding of this you will find the ability to read cards must easier, than those that just jump in. Just like anything you wish to pursue and excel in, learn the basic is a must. You will learn the different type of abilities and find which ones you have. From there learn how much you use your psychic senses and how you might further train any psychic potentials..

One of the most important aspects of being able to read a set of cards is being in touch with your intuition. How does one figure whether one is psychic or not? Well to tell the truth we all have the ability to trap into our intuition. It can come to light for people in many ways, some have it appear during a moment of stress and disappear as quickly. Others have it appear by some type of accident and others come by it from it at an early age. Part of sad truth is that many readers claim to have this ability from birth.

Here’s a little hint for those just starting out into the world of tarot, those of us that had this from birth, rarely start conversations off by saying this or advertise it in our practice. Those types of people want you to think that are they are special and only they can see the future. There is the tip off right there that you need to wary off.

This something we all have and really most people just need to understand how to tap into.

People often talk about “gut feelings”, or an inner instinct” when dealing with certain situations. Sometimes this is good things or sometimes bad. When people refer to these, it is a sense of knowing things, what cannot be easily rationally expressed or intellectually confirmed. Often heard, “I knew I should have done that” and there is usually an overriding feeling of something being either right or wrong, without being able to pinpoint it. Many things are change in this day an age. We know what part of the brain it comes but not how it comes to there. That is a part of our evolution that we are still discovering. Only by understanding the process of this sixth sense will be able to use it our lives.
